price enquiries and payment options

Please use the contact form to enquire about the price of any abstract artwork that you have seen on my website. Simply state the title of the piece you are interested and leave your full name and contact details for me to respond.
Alternatively, you can phone me on +61 (0)8 9071 7163. At present the only payment method available is by Direct Debit to my Australian Bank account.

packaging, shipping costs and customs

Upon successful clearance of any payment I will notify you promptly about the dispatch time . All packaging and shipping costs are paid by the purchaser - Quotes for the costs of packaging and shipping can be provided. I use very reliable couriers and shipping agents to ensure delivery right to your doorstep - wherever you are in the world. All packaging and shipping costs are TOTALLY FREE with any purchase in Australia over $1000.

Some purchases in Australia will be subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax). Purchases from other countries are exempt from the Australian GST, however, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your particular country. As customs policies vary from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. In these cases, the purchaser is liable for these charges and will be billed by the courier on delivery.

refund policy and insurance

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange, less shipping, handling and delivery costs. I require that the original packaging is used, to ensure safe shipment, and also that the purchase must be received in the same condition in which it was delivered, or a refund will not be given.

All goods are covered by insurance in transit. If any artwork is received in less than acceptable condition you must notify me by phone or email, on the day of delivery.
